Dinner Party: End Of Summer Edition

I wrote last month about how eating alone sucks. It turns out that a bunch of you feel me on that. So, let's not do that anymore! Let's eat together instead. Food is meant for sharing and community.

You may be thinking: "Does she mean me too?" And the answer is yes. You are invited to my dinner party.

If you'd like to come, all you need to do is send me an email using the Contact Me form. Introduce yourself and tell me why you want to come to dinner. From there, I'll give you the address and any further instructions.

I hosted an inaugural dinner party in August and it was SO. MUCH. FUN. I made my mom's fajitas and a rainbow cake. We had a pretty good turnout of people I knew from sorta-online to well, which is the fun of it. We drank wine, ate until we were full, spoiled my little dog and it was truly wonderful.

Last month, we had people who dropped out an hour and a half before dinner. Don't be that person! I'm buying this food and ended up with hella leftovers.

RULES:

  • Leave at or before the end time in the invite. In this case, that's 11 pm.
  • Phones aren't to be used. We're here to talk to each other.
  • Please don't make me regret inviting you over.
  • Everyone is equally welcome.
